I love that you start with the good news that “you don’t need a complete 180 to start feeling better.” That really speaks to me. It’s kinda like when my kids aren’t as pumped about a special victory as I am because it wasn’t quite as good as they were trying for. I tell them, “hey, you did more than zero!” Basically, anything more than nothing is still something. And if that’s all you can muster when you are doing your best, that’s still worth being proud of.
